A deadly sickness is spreading over the planet, turning people into mindless zombies with no regard for the consequences of their actions. Everyone and everything they come into contact with are being destroyed by the Infected. The 949 sick are isolated after a city is destroyed and thousands of people are killed.

The mission of creating an antidote has been taken on by 50 of the world's most renowned doctors. Two diseased people can be cured for free by each Doctor. To be cured, every diseased person must purchase the antidote using CELLS currency. Two times as many CELLS coins will be generated by cured humans as by diseased humans. Buildings that can be upgraded with new materials, as well as landfills around the newly constructed city, may be found in roadmap 2.0.
