The New York City area's Dirty Taco And Tequila is a huge hit among diners. Tom Cataldo Jr. came up with the idea of Dirty Taco + Tequila. Tacos and tequila have always been a part of his life, both in his upbringing on the east coast and his adolescence on the west coast. The DIRTY TACO Concept was created out of the Korean slum in Los Angeles and the urban Mexican community in New York City.

The idea for this project was born out of a series of conversations. As long-time members of the NFT community, we've found that NFTs as a whole offer little in the way of practical value.
