It's a work of digital art created by the full metal rabbit journey. It was created by acclaimed Japanese digital artist case-k moonlight, otherwise known as Keisuke moonlight, who has had a prolific past in the entertainment industry, working with artists such as X-Japan, Lindberg, Bowy, and Loudness, to name but a few. As soon as he stopped working in the music business, he focused on his love of painting and made the famous Kosmo cartoon character.

As a result, Case-k has crafted a complete universe, characters and narrative for Kosmo, showing how AIs rule the human species in a future where a small white rabbit saves the day.
